I watched a video today stating that Sarah Palin's rimless glasses are the hottest selling thing since sliced bread. The man who designed this particular style of glasses is a Japanese inventor. The company that manufactures the glasses and grinds the lenses said that they cannot keep up with demand and that they have sold more glasses in the last two weeks than they had the entire year. I admit that Sarah looks good in her glasses but I'm a little concerned that Americans are "focusing" on the fashion a little bit more than the person. With the stock markets in chaos, a war overseas and an election looming that will determine the outcome of our future for the next four+ years, don't you think that we have better things to concern ourselves with than Sarah's glasses? I know I sound like Andy Rooney but I call 'em like I see 'em. I would love to see Sarah and her running mate in the White House in January....with or without her glasses.
